In this role, you'll engage with a diverse array of customers, assisting them in making informed (and often practical) technical choices. Alongside direct customer interactions, you'll have the chance to enhance your skills regularly. With over 200 AWS services at your disposal, it's essential to guide startups in leveraging the most suitable ones. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in advocating for product development, ensuring that we create the right features and products for the startups you support. Moreover, for those customers you can't assist one-on-one, you'll disseminate knowledge widely by developing technical content and presenting at various events. Key Responsibilities: Assist a diverse range of startups in selecting the right architecture at different stages of their lifecycle. Guide startups in architecting scalable, reliable, and secure solutions. Promote the adoption of a wide array of AWS services to deliver business value and spur growth. Contribute to the evolution and roadmap of the AWS platform by connecting our engineering teams with customer feedback. Establish and strengthen technical relationships within the startup ecosystem, including with accelerators, incubators, and VCs. Create startup-specific technical content, such as blog posts, sample code, and solutions to help customers solve challenges and expedite their market entry. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics). 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures. 10+ years of experience in IT development or implementation/consulting within the software or Internet industries. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking. Experience collaborating with end-user or developer communities.
