As part of the AWS Startups team, you will have the chance to collaborate directly with customers, enabling them to harness AWS technology at scale. Your role will also involve exploring new technologies, crafting startup-specific technical content, and sharing insights by participating in events. Advocate for the needs of startups with our product teams to ensure we build the right tools and features. Additionally, contribute to broader content and events for customers who may not engage one-on-one. Key Responsibilities Assist a diverse array of early-stage startups in adopting the right architecture throughout their development phases. Guide startups in creating scalable, reliable, and secure solutions. Encourage adoption of a wide variety of AWS services to maximize business value and drive rapid growth. Influence the evolution and roadmap of AWS platforms and services by gathering and conveying customer feedback to engineering teams. Establish and nurture technical relationships within the startup ecosystem, including accelerators, incubators, and venture capitalists. Create startup-centric technical content (e.g., blog posts, sample code, tailored solutions) to assist customers in overcoming technical challenges and speeding up time-to-market. Basic Qualifications 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, and data & analytics. 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures. 10+ years of IT development, implementation, or consulting experience within the software or internet industries. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience. Experience engaging with end-user or developer communities.
