Customer Service Agent (CSA)
at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). The CSA plays a vital role in creating a positive rental experience by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to every customer. You'll assist customers with vehicle check-ins and return, answer questions, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner Assist customers with vehicle returns, rental questions, and billing inquiries Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, fuel levels, and damage Process rental agreements, payments, and documentation accurately Coordinate with the cleaning and maintenance teams to prepare vehicles for the next rental Provide accurate information on rental policies, procedures, and vehicle options Support team members and help maintain smooth operations Follow all safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service or rental experience preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay:
