Job Description
As a Live-in Building Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the building, ensuring all systems are functioning properly. Address resident concerns and service requests in a timely and professional manner. Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and outdoor spaces. Monitor building security and respond to emergencies as needed. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability when required. Assist with move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and minor repairs. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. The Successful Applicant
A successful Live-in Building Superintendent should have:
Experience in property maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and vendors professionally. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues. Willingness to live on-site and be available for emergencies. What's on Offer
