HVAC Startup Technician - Must Have knowledge: VFD up to 150 Amps, BAS, Ladder Logic Wiring Logic Wiring Diagrams, Cooling Towers, Air Handlers, Circulating Pumps, Brazing, PLC Experience, VFD Adjustment Skills and a well-rounded Commercial HVAC knowledge!!

We are actively seeking an experienced HVAC Startup Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, startup, and commissioning various commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, startup, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including refrigeration and cooling systems. Construct refrigeration piping systems and complete refrigeration system startups. Commission and start up new boiler systems. Troubleshoot and start up commercial and industrial rooftop units. Perform total system commissioning, including water and air balancing and controls. Startup and commission air-to-air and water-to-air heat pumps. Oversee the startup of snowmelt systems. Maintain effective communication with customers, keeping them informed about service status, outstanding issues, and recommending system upgrades or repairs. Adhere to safety protocols s, jobsite standards, and customer requirements. Provide technical support to engineering, construction, and mechanical staff on projects. Compile necessary job documentation (certificates of completion, customer training forms, punch lists, etc.). Must Have:

Experience with motors up to 150HP. Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS). Experience reading and interpreting Ladder Logic Wiring Diagrams. Troubleshooting and startup experience with cooling towers, air handlers, and circulating pumps. Proficiency in brazing, welding, and performing related tasks. PLC and VFD experience, including the ability to adjust values. Strong problem-solving skills. Clean driving record and a valid driver's license. Ability to obtain a Refrigeration Safe Handling Certification. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics. Qualifications:

Vocational school diploma or equivalent 5-7 years of HVAC service experience. Demonstrated leadership skills to guide mechanics on non-complex equipment. Preferred Qualifications:
