Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, leave administration, performance management, and workforce planning. Partner with hospital leadership to foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and accountability. Serve as a primary liaison between hospital leadership and corporate HR functions. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices align with legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee staff education programs, compliance training, and professional development initiatives. Direct recruitment and retention strategies to ensure consistent staffing resources. Manage HR-related investigations and provide guidance on complex employee relations matters. Support benefits administration, workers' compensation, and employee well-being initiatives. Position Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred). Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred. Experience
Minimum
3+ years of Human Resources leadership experience
(Manager level or above) with direct reports. Comprehensive HR background -must have experience across multiple HR functions (not limited to one specialty). Healthcare HR experience required , with inpatient hospital experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage employee relations investigations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
