The Human Resources Manager/Senior Generalist leads and supports HR initiatives that align with business goals, serving as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees. This role manages full-cycle HR processes, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes Provide guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions Analyze HR data and trends to create informed strategies and solutions Develop and deliver training to support employee development and compliance Assist with compensation and benefits administration, recommending improvements where needed Continuously improve HR systems, programs, and processes Mentor and support junior HR staff as needed Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a generalist or senior HR role Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred Experience in manufacturing or similar environments a plus
