Job Title Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Description Summary We are seeking for Accounts Payable Coordinator for client GOS Humana. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end invoice and payment process for property-related expenses. The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining vendor relationships and supporting financial reporting activities. Proficiency in Yardi is essential, as the role involves daily use of the system for invoice entry, coding, and reporting Job Description Perform regular and recurring A/P functions requiring professional competency Identify problem invoices and follow up with Vendors and Facility Managers to resolve Maintain relationship with Vendors and Facility Managers Use established process for filing and data storage Prioritize and maintain organization of a high volume workload Create and maintain computer-based A/P records and files Effectively communicate and respond to internal and external A/P questions Perform special projects as assigned Effectively communicate and respond to internal and external A/P questions Perform special projects as assigned

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $20.14 - $23.69
