We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Marketing Assistant
to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing coordinators and project leads to ensure campaigns are executed on time, aligned with strategy, and produce measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on role with exposure to branding development, campaign logistics, market research, and client coordination.
Responsibilities Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns from concept to delivery Conduct market research to support strategic decision-making Coordinate internal and external communications, reports, and updates Help organize promotional events, project timelines, and deliverables Track campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports Maintain up-to-date databases, records, and brand documentation Collaborate with design, strategy, and client services teams on deliverables Support in preparing marketing presentations and meeting briefs Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or administration Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (e.g., Asana, Trello) Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment Additional Information
