Direct Hire Salary:
Project Manager: $100K-$115K / Sr. Project Manager: $115K-$130K (plus exclusive bonus opportunity)
Sterling Engineering is looking for a Sr. Project Manager (also open to Project Manager) in Ohio or Indiana. This opportunity is with a leading engineering firm in the metal and petrochemical industry.
Job Duties: Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget. Engage directly with technical discussions to determine how projects should be built, installed, or re-routed. Provide hands-on oversight and technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve technical questions and facilitate discussions among engineers to determine the best methods or processes. Track project progress, costs, and resources to ensure adherence to project goals. Qualifications:
10-15 years of related experience in project management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Schedule: In-office
