The Intake Specialist
responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include: Serving as the first point of contact for potential clients, building trust within minutes, qualifying cases, and ensuring every eligible client signs quickly and seamlessly. Answering inbound calls with empathy and professionalism. Qualifying cases and confirming eligibility using defined criteria. Guiding clients through the sign-up process and securing retainers. Handing off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information. Collaborating with teammates to maintain responsiveness as a key builder of trust with every partner. Specific qualifications for the position include :
Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing intake or sales roles, ideally within legal services. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications for the position include:
Comfort working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends. Pay Rate Range : $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
