to join our team in
Traverse City, MI . The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our jobs. The role includes hand digging, utility locating, heavy equipment operation (mini excavator, drilling machine), heavy lifting, and supporting leadership on various duties.

Monday- Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities and Job Duties: Assist in loading/unloading equipment, materials, and supplies for daily work. Support leadership (Foreman or Supervisor) with all job-related tasks. Operate hand & power tools safely. Perform hand digging to expose utilities, access vaults and pedestals, and complete trenches. Place conduit and/or cables in trenches, splice conduit sections, and install anchors, pedestals, vaults, etc. Restore worksite upon completion, including refilling trenches, tamping soil, replanting disturbed plants/shrubs, and applying temporary asphalt on streets. Clean and maintain company vehicles and equipment. Able to perform physically demanding tasks in various climates and conditions. Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications:
Chauffeur's license required. Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Class A CDL.
