Position Summary
Resolve basic client support requests for software, hardware, network, and all other IT services
Essential Functions
Install and maintain a wide range of software products including operating systems, office productivity suites, antivirus, browsers, etc.
Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, PC components, phones, printers, monitors, projectors, mobile storage, and other devices
Prepare documentation regarding IT work, including details regarding required equipment and software tools
Pursue training and development opportunities to continuously build knowledge and skills
Additional Duties
Will interface as needed with 3rd party help desks for troubleshooting assistance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems and a working knowledge of client server architectures, database systems and applications
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Strong communication skills; able to explain technical information to non-technical audience
Good problem solving abilities; able to troubleshoot problems independently and offer timely resolutions
Detail oriented
Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or similar major preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Must be authorized to work in the US currently and in the future without employer sponsorship.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
Work is generally performed in an office environment
May be required to sit for extended periods of time
Will be required to work with and visit other employees frequently
The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
