Adecco is hiring for our client- a leader in the manufacturing of medical and industrial tubing and fittings. We are currently seeking a

Quality Control Technician / Assembler

to join our growing team in Fort Collins. This dual-role position blends hands-on assembly work with critical quality inspection duties in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.

Position Summary

As a

Quality Control Technician / Assembler

, you'll be responsible for inspecting and assembling precision components to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with engineers in the cleanroom, using your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and data entry skills to ensure products meet exacting specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily calibration checks on counting scales

Accurately count finished goods and enter data into the ERP system (IQMS/IQRF)

Visually inspect parts using defined pass/fail criteria

Assemble and package products following SOPs and GMP guidelines

Conduct double-bagging and heat sealing for cleanroom items

Generate and update product labels

Perform inventory adjustments and restock cleanroom supplies

Collaborate with engineering and production teams

Maintain cleanliness of the work area (sweeping, mopping)

Assist in product testing and secondary duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or mechanical assembly role

Strong math, computer, and communication skills

Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, drawings, and SOPs

Excellent vision and attention to detail (annual vision exam required)

Comfortable lifting 40+ lbs, standing/sitting for prolonged periods, and performing repetitive tasks

Experience in cleanroom environments is a plus

Pay Details:

$19.00 to $22.00 per hour
