Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Help Desk Support Provide support to end users on a variety of computer issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Respond to telephone calls, e-mail and in person requests for technical assistance. Respond to technical assistance requested through the help desk application. Document, track, and monitor technical problems to ensure a timely resolution. Install and configure PC based software. Install, configure and troubleshoot local and network printers. Employee Setup

Create Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and Office 365 user accounts. Sets up workstation environments (PC, phone, printer, etc.) for new employees. Assist users in getting acclimated to their new computing environment. New PC Rollout and Office Moves

Image new PCs from base image. Deploy new PCs to end users. Assist with office moves as it relates to computers, printers and phones. Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Three to four years of related experience and/or training in the computer related field. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Computer Skills

Computer skills required include but are not limited to the following:

Windows 11. Active Directory account creation and maintenance. Office 365 account creation and maintenance. Exchange mailbox creation and maintenance. Proficient knowledge of the MS Office product suite. Computer setup and troubleshooting. Installation and troubleshooting of computer peripherals. Troubleshooting computer hardware issues.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Physical Demands

The employee may be required to sit, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. During the Show, the employee may be required to frequently walk to various places on the grounds. The employee may be required to lift and/or move 15 or more pounds. Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. Extended work hours are required, especially during peak periods. The employee may be on feet for up to sixteen hours per day during set-up and the Show.
