We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven
IT Project Manager
to lead and deliver technology projects that drive business value, specifically in UCaaS, IP connectivity, and cybersecurity implementations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, while coordinating the efforts of team members, clients, and third-party contractors or consultants.
Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects across various departments. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. • Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks. • Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and leadership. • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with IT standards and policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, infrastructure engineers, and business analysts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in IT project management. • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
