Description

The primary responsibility of the OEM Principal, Program Management is to manage the planning, development, validation and supply chain of Genuine Accessories within a defined timeframe with a focus on managing timeline activities to assure on-time launch of new accessory projects and initiatives. OEM Principal will also facilitate KPI reporting of model-based revenue, profit, fill rates and lifecycle management with support from responsible departments. Keys to success will be effective project management, communications and solid professional inter-personal skills.

As a highly motivated and passionate individual the OEM Principal, Program Management will focus on multi-department deliverables, tracking tasks and follow up progress to ensure achievement of division objectives. Interfacing with multiple teams and stakeholders individually or through regular meetings to coordinate status reports, identify critical open issues and raise awareness to any potential issues that may hinder 100% on-time launch of new accessory projects. Post launch responsibilities include program performance monitoring and coordination of sunset models to mitigate potential risks associated with excess or obsolescence.

OEM Principal, Program Manager will work directly or cross functionally with internal teams and coordinate with OEM Liaisons to create solutions to solve challenges and enhance the ability of the company to achieve business goals. This individual will also have the opportunity to build & refine all new project management processes to drive solutions for tracking, monitoring and transparency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage and track multiple accessory portfolios and projects at the same time in fast paced environment Manage projects in accordance with company policies, procedures and on time. Work in team environment and individually to ensure successful product lifecycle from planning, development, validation, launch, sell through and sell down Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Develop, maintain, and manage detailed reports to track & monitor progress, follow up with key teams/individuals to achieve assigned deliverables and determine risk for stakeholders Refine project management process to improve internal monitoring, tracking, and risk avoidance Interface with multiple departments and teams to identify, communicate, monitor, and report deliverable status to ensure overall projects are completed and delivered on-time Continually update timeline adjustments, activities, risks, open issues and distribute to stakeholders Chair project review meetings to identify, highlight and escalate issues that require resolution Work closely with designated account liaisons to coordinate expectations and build consensus to achieve on-time launch objectives Clearly communicate project status including critical path analysis and potential roadblocks to executive leadership through regular meetings and reports Escalate issues to appropriate management team when necessary to maintain project schedules to meet objectives Should be able to handle various project management software well (Monday.com, PMS etc.) KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Project gate management and achievement of task deliverables to launch accessory projects on-time to achieve sales and profit objectives. Cultivate and lead program review meetings, highlight issues, drive solutions and communicate clearly to all stakeholders. Develop tracking & progress monitoring reports, publish executive level reports with project roll ups while refining the project management process. Assist in special projects/ADHOC in a timely and professional manner as assigned by management Understand and improve the entire process of product development and develop standard processes for unclear processes.

WORK SCHEDULE/TRAVEL

8:00 am - 5:00 pm Occasional overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air. Required Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors is required. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

5-7 years of project management experience working on complex and highly integrateddevelopment projects. Automotive industry or aerospace experience is required with background/knowledge of multipleprocesses (planning, engineering, development, quality, inventory, marketing). Proficiency in Korean Language is highly preferred. Proficiency with PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.). Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com/ Smartsheet.com/MS Projects) Professional attitude with excellent communication (written & verbal), Methodical & analytical approach to problem solving and organization Flexibility and adaptability to perform in a high-volume, fast paced, and dynamic environment Interpersonal skills that allow ability to work with people at all levels and develop good working relationships Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision Strong analysis, problem solving and decision- making ability Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques, methods & understanding of change management principles Working knowledge of the automotive accessory development process. Position requires the ability to analyze, research, and resolve problems and issues on a constant basis. Identify bottlenecks, core issues and raise flags to identify areas of corrective action, overall impact to scheduling and present to executive leadership team as needed. Employment Type

The expected hiring range for this position is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Sr. Specialist - $62,518.54 - $92,214.85 Principal - $71,896.32 - $106,406.56
