What you will be doing?
Lead the development and execution of HAEA corporate strategy and business plans.
Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and internal capability assessments to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, finance and technology teams to align planning efforts.
Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and innovation initiatives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking related to strategic initiatives.
Support executive leadership with data-driven insights, scenario planning, and risk assessments.
Manage and mentor a team of corporate planning professionals to build organizational capabilities.
Represent HAEA in external discussions with stakeholders, partners, and industry forums as required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in corporate planning, strategy development, business development, or management consulting.
5+ Years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives in complex organizational environments.
Proficiency with data analysis, financial modeling, and corporate performance tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence software.
Understanding of selling through partners or Managed Service Provider (MSP) business models.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master’s in related discipline.
Experience working in a multinational or multicultural corporate environment.
Familiarity with automotive industry trends, digital transformation, and IT solutions.
Experience with scenario planning, risk management, and change management.
Korean language proficiency preferred
