Seeking a motivated and results-driven
Commercial Lines Producer
to join a growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for insurance sales and a proven ability to close leads.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage with warm leads to generate new business opportunities. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and close sales effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Leverage technology and company resources to streamline the sales process. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and departmental sales goals. Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of insurance sales experience preferred. Proven ability to source and close new business opportunities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and eager to succeed in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Familiarity with independent and captive agency operations is a plus.
