Electrical Assembler- Sarasota, FL
Job Summary:
Adecco is currently hiring for a
Electrical Assembler
in Sarasota, FL. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with electrical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You'll be responsible for assembling, testing, and preparing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform sub-assembly of fabricated parts and components
Test and calibrate assemblies to meet product specifications and tolerances
Assemble Electrical units using hand tools, power tools, and grinding equipment
Conduct quality inspections and report any non-conformities
Apply steel finishing techniques to prepare products for powder coating
Assist in coordinating product flow throughout the manufacturing process
Report part shortages, outages, and quality concerns to supervisors
Learn and support cut/bend processes as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Operate within standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Collaborate with fabricators and team members to meet production goals
Achieve daily production schedule and contribute to team success
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills for time and attendance tracking
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but
not required
Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is a plus

Pay Details:
$17.00 to $20.00 per hour
