Your Role
The Platform Systems and Operations Team is seeking a Product Manager to join the Enrollment and Sales CRM team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Salesforce Sales CRM solutions, focusing on Middle markets and Premier Sales CRM and enrollment. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Sr Manager. In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Additionally, you will act as the Product Owner for a dedicated scrum team. Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
Identify, understand, and develop ongoing key personas for product areas Exhibits natural and intuitive user empathy Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration Conduct secondary market research Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Sales CRM solutions, with a focus on middle markets and Premier Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Salesforce Sales CRM space Work closely with engineering teams to define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Serve as the Product Owner for a dedicated scrum team, providing clear guidance and priorities to ensure successful sprint planning and execution Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches. Monitor product performance and customer feedback, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
6 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on CRM solutions and/or group and membership enrollment Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales CRM and its capabilities Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced, agile environment Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Experience serving as a Product Owner for a scrum team, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies About the Team
