Requires a master's degree in a related area and at least 7 years of experience in the field. Provides direction and supervision to staff. EXPERIENCE: Two years relevant experience preferred; Additional experience will be substituted for education; Knowledge of psychiatric disorders desirable; If a recovering person, two years continuing abstinence required
