Role Summary

The

Customer Service Representative

will be the first point of contact for consumers, providing empathetic, solution-oriented support across multiple communication channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and enjoys helping others. You'll handle inquiries related to product use, safety, refunds, and troubleshooting, while working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

This is a high-touch, consumer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to support families during important life stages.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and empathy. Process refunds, replacements, and warranty claims in accordance with company guidelines. Troubleshoot product issues and guide consumers through assembly and usage. Coordinate with internal departments including Accounting, Product Integrity, and Marketing to resolve issues. Manage sensitive consumer data securely, including banking information for international transactions. Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and follow-ups. Support weekly wire transfers and ensure proper documentation. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture. Key Requirements Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in consumer products or retail. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to connect with diverse audiences. Empathetic, patient, and kind-especially when supporting new parents and caregivers. Comfortable handling sensitive situations and resolving issues without time constraints. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic spreadsheet uploads) and Microsoft Office Suite. Typing speed of at least 60 WPM. High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Spanish language skills highly preferred. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems is a plus. Prior experience in children's products or toys is a strong advantage.
