We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented
Senior Financial Analyst
to support our financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes. This role is responsible for providing actionable insights through data analysis, building complex financial models, and driving key business initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting , and long-range planning processes.
Analyze
financial results , monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and explain variances against forecast and budget.
Build and maintain
financial models
to support strategic planning, product profitability, and business cases.
Partner with business units to provide
financial guidance
and influence decision-making.
Support
month-end and quarter-end close
processes, including accruals, journal entries, and reporting.
Prepare
management reports , dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
Conduct
ad hoc analysis
to evaluate new initiatives, cost savings opportunities, or capital investments.
Monitor and report on
industry trends , benchmarks, and competitor performance.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in ERP and planning systems. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
3-6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
Strong proficiency in
Excel
(financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
Experience with
financial systems
such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday.
Familiarity with
data visualization tools
like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Excellent
analytical, organizational, and communication skills .
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:
Experience with
SQL
or other data query languages is a plus.
Exposure to
financial planning software
Knowledge of
GAAP accounting
principles.
Compensation:
$90,000 to $100,000 annually Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
