10396 FP&A and Data Analytics Associate - HYBRID The FP&A and Data Analytics Associate will support financial planning, M&A analytics, and the build out of our data infrastructure across our specialty healthcare businesses. You'll split time between core FP&A and data functions and supporting our M&A pipeline with data analysis and target evaluation. Job Description FP&A (60%) • Support Controller with monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting • Build and maintain financial models and ad hoc analysis for business unit performance, payor contracting, and procurement • Deploy and optimize NetSuite budgeting and planning tools • Partner with operations on P&L analysis and margin improvement initiatives • Support quarterly board reporting and annual budgeting process M&A & Analytics Support (40% maximum, flexing with M&A pipeline activity) • Support financial due diligence and quality of earnings / financial due diligence / ad hoc analysis on acquisition targets • Build financial models for deal evaluation • Support integration planning for the finance and accounting functions • Support post-acquisition integration and synergy tracking • Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor post-close performance Infrastructure Development • Support IT and data analytics teams building BI dashboards and reporting infrastructure (Tableau) • Design KPI frameworks for specialty pharmacy and infusion operations • Automate reporting processes and improve data quality • Partner with IT on system integration and data architecture Experience Required • 3-5 years in healthcare services FP&A, or transaction advisory/QoE with healthcare exposure • Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP/budgeting platforms • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Preferred • Understanding of healthcare services economics (reimbursement, payor mix, unit economics) • Specialty pharmacy or infusion services experience • Transaction advisory or valuation background • SQL or other database query experience #IND
