Job Description

Manage the coordination and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. Review and approve technical designs and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve design and technical issues. Monitor project progress and ensure MEP components align with schedules and budgets. Conduct on-site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance with safety standards. Provide technical expertise to support procurement and subcontractor selection processes. Prepare and present reports on MEP progress and performance to stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local codes and regulations affecting MEP systems. The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Manager should have:

A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction. Proven ability to oversee complex projects and ensure their timely completion. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings.
