Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive human resources function for a union facility with over 150 employees.   • Salary range 100k to 140k
Required Skills:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
  • At least two (2) years of management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in time management and the ability to work independently.
  • A commitment to staying current on laws and regulations affecting HR practices.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Familiarity with union environments and practices.
  • Report writing experience.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, or the ability to obtain it.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field.
  • Five plus (5+) years of HR experience, with a focus on manufacturing.
  • Additional experience managing in a unionized setting is preferred.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, which includes a mix of office and fieldwork.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to participate in the group's Safety & Risk Management protocols.
