Human Resources Coordinator
LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company near Downtown Phoenix who is in search of a full time HR Coordinator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with onboarding processes, including I-9 verification and E-Verify compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient, and eager to support a fast-paced HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including collecting documentation and processing I-9 forms
- Conduct E-Verify checks and ensure compliance with federal employment eligibility requirements
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Support HR team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Help coordinate orientation sessions and other employee communications
- Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Assist with tracking time off requests, benefits enrollment, and other HR functions
- 1+ year of experience in an HR support role
- Must have hands-on experience with I-9 forms and E-Verify
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
