We welcome candidates who share our values, have the skills and are passionate to enjoy our journey to build the digital future of finance, together.****Key Responsibilities:** · Plan and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly calendars of the Head of Finance and CEO.· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements.· Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.· Respond to, prioritize, and redirect emails, phone calls, and correspondence when necessary.· Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.· Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables; create follow-up lists and ensure timely completion.· Support reporting, analysis, and presentation preparation for decision-making processes.· Attend and support the company’s QBR (Quarterly Business Review) meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on key actions.· Monitor project progress and ensure effective coordination with relevant departments.· Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection and information security policies.**What we are looking for:** · Minimum **8 years of experience** as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership in a Finance or multinational environment.· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.· Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken).· High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability in handling confidential matters.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).· Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.· Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.· No travel restrictions and flexibility to accompany the Head of Finance on business trips when required.*About VeriPark:**We are a global technology company with more than two decades of expertise in the Financial Services industry.
