Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, map processes, and document workflows to support CRM-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for CRM and related business processes.
Perform process mapping and create as-is / to-be workflows to support system enhancements and new implementations.
Prepare clear business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specs, and user stories.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.
Assist in testing, training, and documentation during project delivery and post-deployment support.
Required Skills & Experience:

3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related M365 tools.
Excellent process mapping, documentation, and requirement analysis skills.
Proven ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business users.
Experience preparing documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.
Nice to Have:

Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform preferred.
