Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong background in Asset Management.
This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring Dynamics 365 modules, and supporting the implementation of asset lifecycle and financial tracking solutions.
Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to asset management. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine Dynamics 365 solutions. Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules, especially Finance & Operations and Asset Management. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements. Support UAT, training, and change management activities. Work with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements. Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience in business analysis. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Asset Management or Finance & Operations. Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, depreciation, and maintenance scheduling. Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant. Experience in industries such as utilities, manufacturing, or real estate. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
