Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Larson Maddox A nationally recognized client is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join its dynamic and expanding team. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, fund formation, and complex financing matters. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic legal counsel on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Advise clients on entity structuring, governance, and operational matters across a range of industries. Support the formation, structuring, and compliance of investment vehicles and corporate entities. Negotiate and structure complex financing arrangements and capital transactions. Draft, review, and manage a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional documents. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions. Contribute to a collaborative, mentorship-focused team culture. Qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials. 3-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. Active license, or ability to waive into practice law in Illinois. Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills. Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S. Competitive salary range: $200,000 to $350,000, commensurate with experience.
