Part Time Sales Leader
for our Bethesda, MD location. We help people capture their emotions and share them with one another, celebrating special moments and providing comfort during challenging times. What We Are Looking For Our retail teams aim to reach store goals while delivering a memorable, genuine experience. Our
Sales Leaders
foster a caring team atmosphere, are accessible to customers, and are knowledgeable on the sales floor. We value initiative, teamwork, and excellence in customer service. Key Responsibilities
Embed our Customer CARE program into store culture by example, driving sales through genuine customer connections and relationship building. Prioritize customer satisfaction and engagement. Meet enrollment goals for our Crown Rewards program. Assist in staff training on products and processes. Support management in the absence of the store manager and assistant manager. Learn and efficiently operate the register system for a positive checkout experience. Use outstanding selling skills to build sales and satisfaction. Continuously learn about our merchandise to enhance customer interactions. Maintain and restock displays as directed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications
High School diploma, GED, or higher. Retail experience with supervisory exposure. Customer service experience. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds. Benefits and Perks
