You will lead the visual tone of our brand — from campaigns and photoshoots to social strategy and graphic layouts. You must bring a strong eye for what’s trending in fashion and luxury swimwear, and the ability to curate cohesive content across all digital platforms. Responsibilities: Develop moodboards and full creative briefs for everyday marketing, campaigns and product launchs Create visual design and lead graphic designer to assist specifically for SMS/Newsletters Scout, select, and manage models, photographers, stylists, and shoot talent, assisting content creation manager to create perfect content that matches what is on brand, our aesthetic, but also trending. Always paying attention to the competition and analyzing the market, what content to make based on strategy and creativity but also market research. Oversee set design, styling direction, and creative production for lifestyle and eComm shoots Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager/Content Creation Manager to sync photoshoots with the content calendar Direct graphic designers on layout, font selection, story graphics, and visual merchandising Ensure every platform (site, social, email, ads) aligns with the overarching brand vision Stay ahead of digital trends in the luxury swimwear space and integrate relevant elements into upcoming campaigns Review and approve influencer content to ensure brand consistency Qualifications: 3+ years in a Creative Director or Art Director role within fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle Strong portfolio with fashion-forward, feminine, and swimwear/fashion campaigns Deep trend awareness, especially around swimwear luxury, lifestyle, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok virality, and Instagram aesthetics Organized, decisive, and able to lead both remote and in-person teams Experience in brand building and e-commerce storytelling Seniority level
