Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for a Front of House Manager of Food and Beverage to manage all front of house Food and Beverage Team Members. The FOH Manager of Food and Beverage must be willing and able to provide unbridled, exceptional customer service in all situations, 100% of the time, to not only the Sugar Bowl Village home owners and general public, but also to all team members.They must also possess exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills, the ability to act accordingly in highly stressful situations and when challenges arise.

Minimum of 5 years previous management experience in Food and Beverage and Hospitality industries Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, while providing exceptional leadership Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Must have TIPS/Responsible Service of Alcohol training Must have ServSafe/Responsible Service of Food training Must have an understanding of Workplace Harassment, training and coaching What you will do Manage and facilitate opening, daily, and closing operations across all Village F&B outlets Maintain immaculate facilities and ensure consistent execution of opening and closing procedures Complete monthly sanitation walkthroughs and maintain exceptional safety and cleanliness standards Conduct weekly safety meetings with all team members and maintain proper documentation Team Leadership & Development Interview, hire, develop, and retain exceptional employees who embody our culture Manage, train, and coach team members on all aspects of operations Create a positive, upbeat, creative, and professional work environment Conduct weekly department manager meetings discussing financials, performance, and opportunities Financial Management Handle payroll and timekeeping responsibilities for all Village F&B team members Assist in developing annual budgets with F&B Director and Executive Chef Manage all financials to budget with high integrity in reconciliation of paperwork Conduct monthly inventories and weekly ordering/requisitioning for all bars Guest Experience & Standards Maintain extensive knowledge of all menu items, food, and beverage offerings Develop consistent service standards and promote them throughout the team Exercise excellent listening skills with both team members and guests Ensure exceptional customer service across all internal and external interactions Strategic Partnership Foster professional working relationships with HR and adhere to all policies and procedures Promote and further environmental stewardship initiatives across all outlets Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement and innovation Assist with snow removal and other mountain operations as necessary Ready to redefine mountain dining?
