Job Overview

TowerLight Senior Living is located in historic St. Louis Park, Minnesota, just 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. With 115 beautifully appointed units across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Enhanced Care Suites—plus an intergenerational day care—our community focuses on delivering high‑end comfort and the best senior care available. TowerLight on Wooddale seeks a Receptionist to serve as the face of our Senior Assisted Living facility and act as the first point of contact for senior residents, families, visitors, and staff.

The part‑time receptionist position includes:

• 16 hours per two‑week pay period
• Every other weekend, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

The Pillars of Hermantown is Ebenezer’s newest managed senior living community in northern Minnesota, near Duluth. We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care options in a beautiful setting. Responsibilities

• Greets and provides courteous assistance to all who enter the community.
• Supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting.
• Clerical duties for various departments: mailings, petty cash account, distributes mail, and resident fund transactions.
• Responds to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies per building policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type accurately and efficiently.
• Strong customer service proficiency.
• High level verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $15.98 – $22.56
