Kelly® is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to work at a premier client in Sahuarita, AZ. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with the option to transition to permanent status with benefits.
Pay Rate
$19.00 per hour
Shift
Monday‑Friday, 5:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.

A typical day
- Operating various types of heavy equipment, such as an excavator, throughout the shift (8 hours)
- Utilizing the machines as intended, primarily digging holes at specific angle measurements
- Providing feedback about the performance of the various types of machines
Qualifications/Requirements
- Hand/foot/eye coordination, with the ability to operate your hands and feet independently of each other
- Physically able to get in and out of the machines, grease, change attachments, replace bucket teeth, etc.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and accept standardized methods
- Willingness to work in adverse weather and solitude, performing routine, repetitive, and mundane tasks
- Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures while operating equipment
