About The Role

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets, including Jett’s Coffee Bar, Jacob’s Spring Grille, Ace’s Lounge, and Mr. G’s Sushi Bistro. This role reports directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and plays a key leadership role in driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned outlets.
  • Hire, train, and develop Food & Beverage colleagues.
  • Manage payroll, reporting, inventory, and budget performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Partner with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain Hyatt brand standards and service quality.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven leadership, training, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with new concept implementation a plus.
