Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in-office

Role Overview
They are seeking to hire a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP reporting standards. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of reporting, close processes, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
- Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals (minimum 2 direct reports)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, tax, and audit teams
- Support internal controls and compliance initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP reporting and financial statement preparation
- Experience in public accounting or a career foundation in a public accounting firm
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
