What You’ll Do
Manage design and plan production for roadway and transportation projects
Perform calculations, develop cost estimates, and create or refine detailed drawings
Conduct field inspections, gather data, and prepare detailed documentation
Coordinate with in-house engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure project success
Apply sound engineering judgment and adapt proven techniques to each unique challenge
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards
Contribute to proposals, project deliverables, and budget tracking
What You Bring
B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering
from an accredited university
Professional Engineer (PE)
license in Arkansas (or ability to obtain)
3-6 years
of experience in roadway design/construction
Familiarity with
ARDOT standards
Experience with
MicroStation and InRoads
a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
