The
Phlebotomist I
(Patient Services Representative I) serves as the face of the company to patients who visit for routine health checks or critical diagnostic insights. This role involves drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing them for laboratory testing, while strictly adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
The ideal candidate will foster trust and confidence in patients by clearly explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. The Phlebotomist I is expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, uphold confidentiality, and maintain precision in handling patient information.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily tasks accurately and punctually under the supervision of the area supervisor. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Execute forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing with confidence and care. Accurately label, document, and maintain records of specimens. Promote a positive image of the organization to patients, clients, and the public. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure patient comfort throughout the process. Job Requirements:
Ability to produce quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in phlebotomy techniques, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Flexible availability to meet staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
(Required) Medical assistant or paramedic training
(Preferred) Phlebotomy certification
(Preferred; Required in CA, NV, WA) Experience:
Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience
(Required) 1+ years of phlebotomy experience
(Preferred) Customer service experience in retail or service environments
(Preferred) Keyboard/data entry proficiency
(Required) Additional Details:
Candidates must list their home city and commute time on their resume (should be within
20-25 minutes
of the job site). Pay rate is based on
years of direct phlebotomy experience
as listed on the resume. Overlapping roles do not count twice. Refer to the

is mandatory (rideshare, bus, or drop-off arrangements are not considered reliable). Must be punctual, available for all scheduled shifts, and committed to completing full shifts. Excessive absenteeism or tardiness will result in termination.
