Title Examiner and Clearance Associate

We are looking to add a Title Examiner to our SingleSource team at our Canonsburg, PA office. This position plays an integral role in reviewing and clearing title files and ensuring timely and accurate real estate closings. Key Responsibilities:
Review title commitments and determine the best course of action to clear liens, judgments, or other title defects Perform PACER and Patriot Act searches on relevant parties Obtain and verify documentation required for title clearance prior to closing Order and track payoffs, tax certificates, subordinations, releases, deeds, and agreements as needed Communicate directly with homeowners, attorneys, prior title companies, mortgage companies, and other involved parties Make informed, risk-based decisions to ensure files meet underwriting standards and state regulations Collaborate with title and closing team members to resolve outstanding title issues What We're Looking For:
2+ years of industry experience, preferably in title examination. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, multi-tasking and problem-solving SoftPro experience is a plus Working at SingleSource:
