Group Sales Coordinator

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a

Group Sales Coordinator . In this role, you will provide administrative support and systems management for the Sales and Catering Offices. In addition, you will provide a pleasant, professional first impression of Kalahari Resorts Sales and Catering to new prospects and existing clients and assist with marketing and direct sales activities as needed.

You'll efficiently organize group events and ensure seamless communication between the sales team and departments. Your attention to detail and proactive support help create smooth, enjoyable experiences for group guests and resort teams alike.

Key Responsibilities Maintain files and properly process contracts and other correspondence in accordance with Kalahari standards. Assist clients on inquiry calls by putting them in touch with the appropriate hotel representative. Assist in the design, implementation and follow-through of Kalahari Sales and Catering operational standards. Interact with clients to assist them with requests. What We're Looking For

One to three years of administrative experience in a corporate business setting helpful; preferably within the hotel/resort/hospitality industry. Ability to be a team player and work with minimal supervision within a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work long hours, weekends, and holidays. Time spent is sometimes dictated by the number of clients or groups on property or time of season. A Sampling of Our Benefits
