Banquets Supervisor - FOH
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a
Front of House Banquets Supervisor.
In this role, you are responsible for supervising and assisting with the setup, service, and clean-up of all assigned banquet functions. Also responsible for the banquet team to ensure guest service is beyond expectations so that the Resort will meet and/or exceed budgeted expectations.

Starting Rate:
$18.000 an hour
Key Responsibilities
Inspect the setup of meeting and banquet functions, checking them against the banquet event orders (BEO's). Supervise and assist with the setup of assigned catered functions, ensuring that the hotel's standards are met, and advance preparation for service is adequate to allow efficient service to the guest once the function begins. Act as liaison between Sales/Catering Manager the in-house meeting or banquet contact.
Understand all duties of Banquet Teams and assist when needed.
What We're Looking For
1 year of supervisory or management experience in food service or the hospitality industry in a convention center or large hotel is preferred Candidate with excellent organizational, problem solving, supervisory and time management skills. Ability to work with clients, management and associates. Must have multi-task skills and experience to implement large group activities that require the coordination of numerous services.
