POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for a skilled Machine Operator with CNC turret experience to join our team. As a Machine Operator you will be building the deck platforms for commercial playground equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating CNC turret punch presses and related machinery
Performing setup and adjustments as needed
Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions without supervision

Blueprint Reading Comprehension
Attention to Detail
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience with Punch Press required
Previous experience setting up and adjusting punch press required
Ability to read and understand Complex Mechanical Fabrication Drawings
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to operate typical fabrication hand tools
The target hourly range is $21.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
