Job Description
The Mechanical Process Engineer will play a vital role in designing and executing engineered solutions for complex projects, typically spanning 1 to 2 years. This position involves working on pressure vessels, process equipment skids, and conveyance systems. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine mechanical designs, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Design and execute engineered solutions for complex projects with timelines of 1 to 2 years.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine mechanical designs.
Work on pressure vessels, process equipment skids, and conveyance systems.
Ensure all design requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Essential Skills
Strong experience in mechanical engineering and process engineering.
Experience with piping, valves, and custom equipment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor, with consideration for Solidworks.
Ability to prepare Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID), layouts, and process schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5-10+ years of experience in developing/improving custom equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
Flex start/end time, holiday, PTO .
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Southampton,PA.
