Product & Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote life insurance and annuity solutions across multiple distribution channels, including independent agents, financial institutions, and broker-dealer networks.
Collaborate closely with sales and distribution leadership to strengthen product positioning and communicate value propositions to partners and end clients.
Oversee the creation and roll-out of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event-based platforms.
Produce high-impact marketing assets such as product summaries, sales decks, case studies, advertisements, and digital content to highlight key benefits and differentiators.
Lead go-to-market planning for new product introductions and enhancements to existing offerings.
Manage the ongoing development and maintenance of marketing and product materials - including rate sheets, product guides, and comparison tools - ensuring accuracy and accessibility across teams.
Market Intelligence & Insights
Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to benchmark product positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to guide product and marketing strategies.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and distribution feedback to refine future initiatives and enhance engagement.
Stay informed on emerging market dynamics and regulatory changes impacting product competitiveness and marketing practices.
Collaboration & Enablement
Partner cross-functionally with distribution, operations, and training teams to develop tools and resources that support education and sales performance.
Work alongside service and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for policyholders and partners.
Build relationships with key external stakeholders - including advisors, agents, and brokers - to promote offerings and capture actionable market feedback.
Regulatory Alignment
Ensure all marketing deliverables and communications meet applicable compliance and industry standards.
Track evolving regulatory requirements and update marketing materials and strategies as needed to maintain full adherence.
