Job Description

Manage and lead the preconstruction phase of commercial construction projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for construction projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during the preconstruction phase. Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal project outcomes. Provide technical support and expertise to the project team, ensuring all work aligns with industry standards. Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the preconstruction process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team. The Successful Applicant

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:

Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry connections Proven ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and manage budgets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
