Mechanical Assembler - Enclosure Construction Location:

Itasca, IL

Pay : $23-25/hr Contract Shift : 1st Shift

Overview: We're seeking a hands-on Mechanical Assembler with a carpentry or construction background to assist in building large enclosure units. This position differs from a typical machine builder role - you'll be assembling HVAC systems, siding, doors, and windows, using construction techniques and mechanical assembly skills.

Responsibilities: Assemble enclosure units, including installing siding, doors, windows, and HVAC components Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Perform accurate measuring, cutting, and fitting Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and overhead cranes as needed Maintain organization and attention to detail on the job site Qualifications:

Background in carpentry, construction, or mechanical assembly preferred Able to read blueprints and follow assembly instructions Strong measuring and leveling skills Experience with forklift, scissor lift, or overhead crane a plus Must have own basic tools Electrical experience is a plus (licensed contractors handle electrical work) Strong attention to detail, organization, and sense of urgency Meet Your Recruiter
