Construction Billing Administrator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong billing and invoicing experience within the construction industry and a proven ability to communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all project billings while maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting daily office operations. Responsibilities Create invoices and billings using standard company processes. Contact customers regarding late invoices, research payment issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding items. Support the office with day-to-day business needs and general administrative duties. Accurately bill through builder web portals such as

Textura

and

Maximo . Coordinate with

Project Managers

to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Maintain construction job files and client documentation for reporting and audit purposes. Perform daily data entry and maintain billing logs. Assist with other duties and projects assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of experience

in billing, invoicing, or accounting (construction industry preferred). Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with

accounting software

such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar. Working knowledge of

construction billing portals

(Textura, Maximo, or equivalent). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
